Lauren has a hybrid background with over a decade of commercial and sustainability experience. With a strong backbone from a world renowned MSc in Business and the Environment from Imperial College, London, she brings leading edge knowledge to her work and continues to learn, grow and upskill.

Sustainable You Wellness was born out of a desire to apply her strong creativity and sense of adventure to tuning into people and creating uniquely tailored, sacred wellness and life experiences to shift you into a bold, feminine way of being and achieving for quick and lasting results. She offers everything from coaching to 1:1 personal healing journeys to innovative and immersive yoga classes incorporating reiki and sound.
