Embodied Bliss supports women to come into a more present and reverent relationship with themselves and their bodies. A devotional offering to the feminine and a pathway that leads women back to their whole selves. This body of work activates and supports the path of healing and liberation in women. For each woman, this is a unique journey as she peels back the layers of conditioning, shame, and unworthiness, revealing the radiance of coming home to herself. This is a profound journey of remembrance, of goddess spirituality and the sacredness of your body, your sensuality, your sexuality, your pleasure, and your authenticity. This work will teach you how to feel safe in your body, how to regulate your nervous system, access your sensuality and activate the pure pleasure of your aliveness.
